Mindful Movement & Move It or Lose It
As we move through life, staying active becomes less about pushing harder and more about moving wisely, safely, and consistently with enjoyment.
Active with Beth brings together Mindful Movement and Move It or Lose It principles to support strength, mobility, balance, confidence, and connection, without pressure or overwhelm.
This approach is especially suited to those aged 60 and over, including people who may feel traditional exercise classes are no longer right for them.
